Assessment

NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Computing is internally assessed and externally verified by NCC Education. Assignments and examinations are used to evaluate the programme learning outcomes of students. Assignments are aimed at understanding a student’s potential to demonstrate his/her knowledge alongside practical skills which are relevant to the situation. With an examination or written test, teachers can evaluate a student’s excellence in one particular domain. Examinations assess a student’s capability to recall information, demonstrate understanding and solve problems in individual units. On the whole, both cognitive and practical competence are evaluated.

Entry Requirements

  1. NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Computing (L4DC)
  2. A local or international qualification equivalent to NCC Education L4DC qualification. This shall be agreed with NCC Education in advance
 

English language passing criteria:

  1. A valid score of 5.5 and above in IELTS – International English Language Testing System or equivalent. 
  2. Go for the free NCC Education English Placement Test which is regulated by the Accredited Partner Centres
  3. The Oxford Test of English
