Modules

The Strategic Management module educates the learners about strategic and change management models. Besides, the coursework helps students to develop an ability to review strategic plans, propose strategic options, create implementation plans and lead organisational changes.

Strategic Leadership module imparts a comprehensive understanding of the key principles and practices of leadership. Students brush their knowledge and strengthen their attributes as an effective team player and team leader. They also get a chance to enhance their decision-making, problem-solving and strategy and business-planning skills. Lastly, the course allows complete growth.

In this module, students learn about the paramount importance of human resource management within an enterprise. Furthermore, learners learn to assess the contribution of strategic human resources. They also develop a knack on how to promote application of leadership and management theories for firm benefits and progression. 

Advanced business research methods teach students to build an extensive research proposal using different kinds of management research which leans towards academics particularly. Learners also develop a firm grip over the philosophical, practical and ethical concepts of business analysis and exploration.

Worthy of 20 credits, the module helps the students to develop a critical understanding of the concepts of effective supply chain and operations management. Case studies and real-world industry scenarios are deployed for advanced information about operational processes, techniques & planning and control systems

Strategic marketing MBA module focuses on delivering details about the different marketing concepts of product development, promotion, distribution, pricing, relationship management and more. Moreover, students learn how to tackle challenges of the contemporary business world with competency and efficiency.

Dissertation is the final module of the MBA. While on a dissertation at the university, the students are entitled to work on a business problem in a discipline of their choice, and through structured dissertation writing standard, students will find solutions to the identified challenge faced. Further, they are expected to make good use of their theoretical and practical knowledge and design effective solutions to the identified challenges.

Entry Requirements

  • Any Ofqual approved Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) or equivalent for advanced entry into dissertation
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Candidates can either pursue our MBA on the basis of their level 7 diploma qualification or opt for a full MBA with King’s Business School. With a full MBA, learners earn a dual qualification.
