This module offers a detailed comprehension of the fundamental principles and methods of leadership. Through the creation and design of a research proposal, this module seeks to enhance students’ capacity to prepare for different kinds of academically oriented management research. Students will have a critical comprehension of the ethical, practical, and philosophical concepts of research in the context of business.
With the support of case studies and actual industry situations, this module seeks to increase students’ understanding of the theories and frameworks of efficient supply chain and operations management in cutthroat markets. Learners will gain knowledge of planning, control systems, operational procedures, and methodologies.
The goal here is to develop students’ comprehension of the principles, techniques, and technical aspects of strategic marketing as well as the difficulties of marketing in the current business climate – including how a strategy integrates product development, promotion, distribution, pricing, relationship management, and other components – is the goal of this unit.
This is an expert’s assignment and the work required include applied research that will allow the acquisition of all or some of the abilities necessary to acquire the relevant qualification to be implemented and validated. Learners will receive their MBA from a UK university upon successful completion of the program via King’s Business School.
Dual qualification means that students enrolling for the full MBA program receive both an Ofqual-approved Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) and a UK MBA degree, adding more value to their academic credentials.
There are no strict age requirements. However, candidates are expected to have relevant industry experience and/or an Ofqual Level 7 Diploma or equivalent for advanced entry into the dissertation stage.
Since the MBA is delivered in English, basic proficiency is required. However, specific IELTS or TOEFL requirements may be waived depending on prior qualifications or professional experience in an English-speaking environment.
The program is designed for working professionals, with weekend classes and flexible learning options. While time investment may vary by individual, students are expected to commit regular time towards assignments, reading, and project work to stay on track.
