Entry Requirements

For entry onto the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management qualification, learners must possess:

  • Level 6 bachelor’s degree or diploma, or an equivalent overseas qualification
  • Mature learners with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in management.
  • The course is designed for learners 21 years and above
  • If English is not a native language, the learner must pass an English language competency test such as IELTS.

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management is designed to be delivered over 12 months for full-time study, but is also flexible with options of part-time and distance learning.
