During the course, the learner will develop important strategic management and leadership skills required to become a proficient strategic manager, and learn how to effectively implement them to maximize the organisation’s strategy. The key areas of marketing, human resource management, project management, financial management and business management will be covered during the course.

On completing the qualification, the learner can choose to progress in or within the occupation and/or choose to pursue an MBA (Management of Business Administration).
