Eurasia Educational Dynamics (EED) is the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) division of Eurasia Global. EED’s strategic goal is to provide CPD programmes of outstanding quality in environments with a tradition of excellence in education. To date, EED have welcomed delegates from the United States, the People’s Republic of China, Malaysia, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the Russian Federation and the European Union. EED’s inspirational speakers come from business, government and academia. Most of the academics that speak on our programmes have started and / or exited businesses.

Programme Venue

Kellogg College, founded on March 1, 1990, is one of the newer colleges at the University of Oxford and is known for its strong international presence and commitment to lifelong learning. Originating from the university’s outreach and continuing education efforts, it was established with funding from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. In 2006, the college moved to its current four-acre site in Norham Manor, featuring historic villas in a conservation area. Kellogg is home to over 1,400 students from around 100 countries, enrolled in more than 200 courses. Notable Fellows include King Charles III, Ban Ki-moon, and Professor Dame Louise Richardson.

All sessions for the programme will take place in the Mawby Room at Kellogg College, except for site visits.

Delegates will stay at the Oxford Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection, a peaceful retreat surrounded by 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens, just 15 minutes’ walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from Kellogg College. Combining historic charm with modern comforts, the hotel offers a relaxing base for the duration of the programme. Check-in is on Sunday, 2nd February 2025, and check-out is on Saturday, 8th February 2025. All sessions will be held at Kellogg College, except for the site visits day, providing an excellent balance of learning and exploration. The convenient location and comfortable accommodation ensure delegates can focus fully on the programme while enjoying their time in Oxford.

The programme’s subject matter is delivered by Oxford, Cambridge and UK-based academics and internationally recognised experts. Our programme speakers and leadership experts are entrepreneurs or academic entrepreneurs and or industry practitioners. Most have developed the skills sets required for success in unpredictable and volatile global markets or have developed successful business leadership models that motivate, empower, create high performance teams and deliver effective leadership.

All speakers have been rated 4.5 (Very good) to 5 (Excellent) by past delegates.
