SWISS UMEF is a private institution of higher education in Geneva, accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Council in accordance with the Swiss Higher Education Law (LEHE).
SWISS UMEF takes pride in being the first privately accredited federal-level University of Applied Sciences Institute (HES) in the canton of Geneva.
The institution’s academic excellence is also internationally recognized through the accreditation of its Faculty of Management Sciences by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and the International Accreditation Council on Business Education (IACBE), both of which are recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in the United States. SWISS UMEF comprises three faculties: Management Sciences, Technology and Sciences, and Political Sciences. It offers a range of bachelor’s, master’s, and continuing education programs, all compliant with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) and European Higher Education Area standards.

SWISS UMEF’s campus is a historical gem. Located in a 15th-century castle in Geneva, students have the opportunity to study in a unique and inspiring environment. The campus spans 18,400 square metres and offers an exceptional setting along the banks of the Rhône River, at the foot of the Salève mountain, a characteristic feature of the Geneva region. Moreover, students have access to an exclusive natural and landscaped park of approximately two hectares.
